CLEVELAND, Ohio - Tropical Storm Debby made a second landfall in South Carolina this morning and will finally head north up the East Coast over the next couple of days. While the main part of the system stays well to the east of the region, a moisture boundary sets up locally, prompting the potential for scattered showers and storms this afternoon. These storms would be slow-moving and heavy rain producers, meaning local high water is possible.
When it’s not raining, expect a partly cloudy sky with high temperatures in the mid 80s. The humidity will be high, so it will feel closer to 90 degrees.On Friday, expect a partly cloudy sky with a stray shower or storm. High temperatures rise to the upper 70s with continued high humidity. Dry weather and much lower humidity are in the forecast for the weekend with high temperatures in the mid 70s. It will be breezy on Saturday with a west wind between 15 and 20 mph.
