A California man was arrested on charges that he recorded video of an 11-year-old girl as she changed in her Norfolk home last year.
The feds say that Guerrero, who had allegedly been staking out the girl’s Norfolk home and others in the area for weeks before he made the recording, climbed up to the rear of the home’s garage and stood just outside the girl’s window as she took off her clothes from the day, during which she became fully naked, and then put on her pajamas.
In that case, Wrentham police received a report of a man — who they say they identified as Guerrero — dressed in a blonde wig entering a women’s restroom in the outlet, according to a statement made by Wrentham Chief of Police Bill McGrath.
