The Oak Ridge Boys have announced their final tour, "American Made: Farewell Tour." It includes a stop in March 2024 at American Music Theatre in Lancaster.The iconic group - the youngest is 75 and the oldest is 84 - recently toldThe five-time Grammy Award-winning band told Billboard it hopes to perform between 50 and 60 shows in 2024 on the tour including “key venues” such as the American Music Theatre in Lancaster.at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 and 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2024.
The Oak Ridge Boys are known for their distinctive harmonies and hits including “Elvira,” “American Made,” “Dream On,” “Bobbie Sue,” “Fancy Free” and “Thank God for Kids.” The Oak Ridge Boys are Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall, William Lee Golden and Richard Sterban — Bonsall is the youngest at 75 and Golden is the oldest at 84.
In a statement provided to Billboard, Allen said, “As we celebrate 50 years of being together, just as you see us, we will, also, begin our American Made: Farewell Tour. I don’t know how long the tour will last, but we hope to return to as many parts of the country as we can. Thank you so much for these 50 years.”
