The actress' shingle will develop and produce original scripted series for the studio, with potential for Spencer to star in a project.
“They have exquisite taste, and the commercial viability of their projects… nobody compares,” Spencer tells.
“We have nine active projects and development with them, a lot of stuff that we haven’t even announced yet, so this is about partnering up with people that can get things done and make premium quality shows.”
