Nature research paper: Octupole-driven magnetoresistance in an antiferromagnetic tunnel junction

Sn /Ta multilayer was deposited on the MgO substrate. The MgO /Fe /MgO was fabricated using the MBE method under UHV, as described above for the MnSn deposition process. The MgO substrate was annealed at 800 °C for 10 min in the MBE chamber before deposition. First, a MgO layer was grown on the substrate at a rate of 0.1 Å sat room temperature and subsequently annealed at 350 °C for 15 min. Finally, the MgO layer was fabricated at a rate of 0.

Sn /Ta multilayer was deposited on the MgO substrate. The MgO /V /Fe /MgO was fabricated by the MBE method in the UHV MBE chamber. Similar to the method used for the Fe/MgO/Mnat room temperature. The V layer was deposited at a rate of 0.25 Å sat room temperature and subsequently annealed at 500 °C for 20 min. The Fe and MgO layers were deposited at room temperature at rates of 0.05 and 0.

Preparing random states and benchmarking with many-body quantum chaos - NaturePreparing random states and benchmarking with many-body quantum chaos - NatureAn emergent randomness arising from partial measurement of an interacting many-body system is uncovered, and a widely applicable fidelity estimation scheme is presented that works at shorter evolution times and with reduced experimental complexity.
