There’s not much more to be learned about Ohio State before the schedule picks up in intensity in a few weeks. Saturday, in that regard, was more of a reinforcement of what everyone thought prior to kickoff.

Only now, they’ll have one less week to get them straight before it could really burn them.Ohio State will host Western Kentucky, and the best offense the Buckeyes have faced this season, in a Week 3 matchup at Ohio Stadium. It will be the team’s final warmup game before heading to South Bend, Indiana, for a showdown against ranked Notre Dame.
But at least for another week, Ohio State will be massive favorites. And more importantly, they’ll have another week to fine tune things.
