Dual-threat transfer Will Howard is an experienced quarterback who spent last season with Kansas State. Third-year player Devin Brown started the Cotton Bowl for the Buckeyes and Lincoln Kienholz saw some snaps last year. Freshman Air Noland and Julian Sayin will also look to compete.
"I still think the play-calling part will be a collaborative effort," said Kelly. "If it's a good play, I called it. If it's a bad play, called it. It's not our offense and their defense.
