Ohio State will play its third straight noon game to begin the second half of the season when it plays at Northwestern on Nov. 5.
Ohio State started its second half of the season with a home noon game against Iowa on Saturday and will play a road noon game this week when it plays Penn State on Saturday.
The Northwestern game will be Ohio State’s fourth overall noon game of the season, also including the second game of the year against Arkansas State. It will be the Buckeyes’ fourth game of the season on ABC along with the Notre Dame, Wisconsin and Michigan State games. While Ohio State always delivers strong ratings for TV networks, the Buckeyes will be favored to beat Northwestern by a substantial margin, as the Wildcats have lost their last six games in a row after winning their season opener against Nebraska in Dublin, Ireland.
