Not only is this year’s venue different because of renovations being made to Columbus’ Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium, the usual home of the state meet, Competition starts on Thursday afternoon, with Division III field events and semifinals in all races except for the 4x800-meter relays. The running event finals for D3 will be on Friday night.
