Police said the early Sunday morning shooting on Phillips Highway near a nightclub could be a driveby. Several nearby cars were hit with bullets.

The shooting occurred around 2:45 a.m. Sunday in the 6300 block of Philips Highway. Police found the men lying in the roadway and several cars struck with bullets.and the other two were taken to the hospital. Police were dispatched to the 6300 block of Philips Highway at around 2:45 a.m. for reports of a shooting.

Officers arrived to find the three victims on the ground in the roadway. Police say their preliminary investigation indicates the shooting could have been a drive-by as several nearby cars were struck with bullets.
