Police say they don't believe there's an immediate threat to the Castleton Square Mall area, but there will be an increased police presence there Friday night and throughout the weekend.
INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot and injured just inside Castleton Square Mall Friday afternoon, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.IMPD Officer William Young says mall security staff were able to give medical attention to the victim, a male, before first responders arrived."I just want my kid out of there. That's it; I just want my son. I don't care about anything else. I just want to make sure he was safe," Travis Wiley told WRTV.
Police do not believe there is an immediate threat or that any employees were injured due to the shots.Daniel Franya was at AMC watching Antman.
