If truly impactful, leadership is bequeathed to future generations. We learn from those who have blazed their own trail and left their own legacy. Huston, a Republican first chosen speaker in 2020, possesses the needed temperament, along with a true desire to collaborate with Democrats, that we must have to keep Indiana moving forward.century, the Senate is supposed to be the saucer that cools the House’s cup. In our great fortune, Huston is a leader who can keep things cool.
He further stated, “too often our first response to a problem is to ask, how's government going to fix this? That question shouldn't be the first question we ask. It should be our last resort.”
