The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Section conducted an operation that led to nine men being charged with sex crimes.
PANAMA CITY, Fla. -
OCSO says the suspects traveled to predetermined locations with the intent to meet minors and were then taken into custody by investigators. The arrested include Domingo Sebastian, Joiarib Fernandez, Marquee Lewis, Sampson Graham, Edwin Huggins, Ancel Sterling, George Davis, Christian Reyes, and Donavon Spears.
The suspects were charged with traveling to meet a minor for sex, use of a computer to solicit a minor for sex, and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.Those involved in assisting the investigation include the Crestview Police Department, Fort Walton Beach Police Department, Niceville Police Department, Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, FDLE, and the Office of Special Investigations.
