Gave it a try. Good - the topping is outstanding! Abit rich for us and I’ll add more salt to the sauce.I normally just throw a Mac & Cheese together. The last couple of times I made some, the finished dish just wasn't as good as usual to me, so I decided to actually use a recipe for once when I saw this one. This recipe isn't much different than what I usually do, with the exception of the garlic, panko, & parmesan topping , & about 3 times the dry mustard as I normally use.
