Pa. man pleads guilty to 2 robberies, avoids prosecution for murder

Noah Stroup's cooperation was key in the conviction of the gunman, a prosecutor said.

As part of a plea agreement a homicide charge stemming from the Aug. 4, 2019, unprovoked fatal shooting of Rhonda McPeak in a Williamsport Uni-Mart was dismissed. Stroup “helped seal the deal” against Fogan, assistant District Attorney Matthew B. Welickovitch said.
