Nivek Bell, 29, and Nova Watson, 1, were last seen in Allegheny County and are now believed to be in the Adams County area, according to police.
Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a mother and daughter who “may be at special risk of harm or injury.”
Nivek Bell, 29, and her daughter Nova Watson, 1, were last seen in Penn Hills Township, Allegheny County, around 11 a.m. on Jan. 13, according to state police.They are now believed to be in the Adams County area, according to state police. A green 2017 Nissan Rogue, license plate LPJ-4764, is also being sought in association with the case.
Bell is described by police as a Black woman with brown eyes, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 100 pounds; Watson is described as a Black child with brown eyes.More:
