, hosted by the Ukrainian Village Committee, will step off at 11 a.m. Sept. 26 at Grantwood Drive and State Road in Parma. The parade will march along State to Lucerne Avenue. There will be a flag-raising ceremony with Parma Mayor Tim DeGeeter and the parade grand marshals. There will be live music including performances from Harmonia, authentic Ukrainian food and beer, inflatables for the children, wagon rides, face painting and other activities for children. There also will be homemade bakery items for sale and a raffle., presented by the Hungarian Friends of Scouting. The event will be 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 3 at German Center Park, 7863 York Road, Parma.
