A Northeast Side couple accused of allowing four children to live in an apartment filled with trash, feces and insects has been identified by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Paul William Kinsey, 33, and Danielle Maria Kinsey, 37, were charged with child endangerment, according to court records. Paul Kinsey was booked on four counts with bail totaling $60,000, while Danielle Kinsey was booked on three counts with bail set at $45,000. Danielle Kinsey is the mother of all four children — between the ages of 2 and 13 — who were living in the apartment for some time. A concerned neighbor called police Monday to the apartment in the 3600 block of Montgomery Drive after smelling what was described as decomposition, according to the
