Officers were called early Friday to the 2300 block of Bennett Road where they found a man lying motionless in a ditch.The Parker County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after a man was found dead early Friday near railroad tracks southwest of Millsap.

Officers were called about 1 a.m. to the 2300 block of Bennett Road, near Goen Road, where they found a man lying motionless in a ditch. The man, who has not been identified, had injuries “consistent with homicidal violence,” authorities said.Anyone with information may call Crime Stoppers at 817-599-5555. Crime Stoppers will pay up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
