An investigation is underway after a female passenger died in a crash when the driver of the vehicle she was in hit a tree in southwest Houston Thursday, officers with the Houston Police Department said. HTX hounews kprc2 click2houston
According to HPD, it was reported that the driver was traveling westbound on Richmond when he was arguing with the female passenger and struck a tree.It is unknown if intoxication or speed were factors in the crash, investigators said.
