Pedestrian struck, killed while crossing street in Fairmount Park community [Breaking]
A man in his 60s was fatally struck while crossing a street in the Fairmount Park community Wednesday morning, San Diego police said.
The man, who was was not in a crosswalk, died before he could be taken to a hospital, police said. He was not identified.The driver stopped after the crash and cooperated with officers. Neither alcohol nor drugs were believed to have been factors in the crash, police said.
