Injuries have been reported and a person is in custody following an active shooter call in Cedar Hill Tuesday afternoon.
Cedar Hill Police confirmed to NBC 5 they were called to a medical building along the 900 block of E. Belt Line Road at about 12:15 p.m. in reference to an active shooter inside the building.Police said a suspect has been detained and the scene is secure.
