Known as the Portland Loo, this public restroom will be part of a pilot project to provide public bathrooms in Center City Philadelphia and other areas in need of a place to go.

The stand-alone structure which, which connects with the city’s public sewer system, has been called the “Swiss Army knife” of public toilets, and, according to a city blog post, it’s large enough to fit a bike, a stroller, or two adults and a child. It has a hand-washing sink on the outside and features like “anti-graffiti wall panels”

The Portland Loo was created when the city of Portland, Ore. commissioned the design in the 2000s. It’s manufactured by Madden Fabrication, of Portland, and the city now sells the “loos” to other cities.
