A man was killed after another driver ran a red light at Jupiter Road and E. Plano Parkway.
Plano Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal traffic accident that happened around 9:55 a.m. on Jan. 30 in the intersection of Jupiter Road and E. Plano Parkway.
Eyewitness reports given to the Plano Police Traffic Unit revealed that a 2006 red Chrysler Town and Country traveling northbound on Jupiter Road ran a red light and hit a 2019 white Hyundai Electra traveling westbound on E. Plano Parkway.The driver of the Chrysler was identified as Angel David Velasco, 34, of Richardson. He was charged with intoxication manslaughter.
