One person died at one of the scenes Monday night. Although the shootings were reported at about the same time, police were unsure if they're related.
One person is dead at one of two shooting scenes located a mile apart from each other in northwest Houston.The Houston Police Department was not sure whether the scenes at 8600 Pitner Road and 3900 Hollister Street were related to each other.Police said that one person was shot at the Hollister scene and later rushed to the hospital.
One man was also shot at Pitner Street, but that victim died at the scene. Police added that a second man was sent to the hospital, where he's stable.
