Franklin Lane, 39, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body about 7:10 p.m. Friday on West 89th Street near Sauer Avenue, according to police and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office. An ambulance took Lane to MetroHealth before Cleveland police officers arrived at the scene, police said. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
