Harrisburg police have made an arrest in connection to a shooting that took place just after 12:20 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Police say that the shooting took place at Hall Manor. The scene has recently been cleared. A group of officers were blocking off the area as they combed over the scene. It's not clear what led to the shooting. Or the relationship between the gunman and the victim. Police confirmed that one person has been taken into custody in connection with the shooting.
