The potential witness was driving a Ford Focus in the area of Prince Albert where the shooting occurred.

“During the course of the encounter, a short foot pursuit ensued, and a confrontation occurred during which one member of the PAPS discharged their service pistol, striking a 34-year-old man,” SIRT said in the media release.Article content Prince Albert police notified SIRT that the fatal shooting happened and the independent body’s civilian executive director launched an investigation.
