Police say he ran a man over with a loaded trailer — now he’s under arrest
and failure to stop and render aid, causing serious bodily injury, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
As he ran out lane, he tried to overtake the 18-wheeler and in the process clipped the other vehicle, Sheriff Javier Salazar said at a news conference.
