Guy Stevenson, 43, is being sought on domestic violence charges after police allege he was involved in an incident that triggered a standoff.

Those charges stem from what authorities said was a domestic violence incident that spurred Saturday’s standoff, although police eventually discovered that Stevenson had already fled the home they believed he was holed up inside. Police said their history with Stevenson led them to believe he may have been armed and dangerous. Neighbors on the scene told PennLive that Stevenson is a military veteran who has struggled with mental health problems.
