COLUMBUS, Ohio — A man accused of shooting and killing another man who wasover the summer has turned himself in, according to the Columbus Division of Police.
Records from Franklin County Corrections Center show that 21-year-old Salad Jeylani is charged with one count each of murder and improper handling of a firearm.Officers were called to the 1300 block of Crossing Green Lane, just off Hilliard Rome Road, following reports of a shooting. At the scene, Columbus police located 20-year-old Osman Ali, who had been shot. Ali was taken to Doctors Hospital West where he later died.It remains unclear what led up to the shooting
