School officials are collaborating with police in investigation
PIEDMONT — Police are searching for a “person of interest” in connection with an alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old Piedmont High School boy.
Police Captain Chris Monahan said Saturday the department heard directly from the victim and a family member who described what happened, but he did not share more details of the assault.He added that police notified the Piedmont Unified School District, which is collaborating in the investigation.
