WILLIAMSPORT — A threat by the Lycoming County district attorney to seize the liquor license has resulted in the closure of a bar in Williamsport that was especially popular on St. Patrick’s Day.said Thursday he gave owner Todd J. Leta the opportunity to close the Shamrock Grill in the 700 block of West Fourth Street or he would seize his license.
