Ryan Day feels Ohio State is 'playing well' in the fourth quarter of games and said that he 'feels really confident' the Buckeyes will get Emeka Egbuka back next week.
Following Ohio State's tough 24-10 victory on the road over Wisconsin, Ryan Day addressed the media about TreVeyon Henderson's big outing, Kyle McCord's ups and downs and a few key injuries.
On drives that got into Wisconsin territory but didn't result in points:"We're all frustrated that we're not able to finish off some of those drives. ... There's a lot that goes with that." More on Henderson:"You can do so much with him, he has such a great skill set. ... No one wants to be out there more than him. ... He was a little winded there at the end, he hasn't had that many carries in a while. ... It just puts more and more pressure on the defense."On Marvin Harrison Jr.: "I believe he's the best football player in the country. ... He's a dynamic player and he keeps bringing it every week. The consistency is starting to show week-in and week-out.
On McCord's two interceptions:"On the first one, it was just a bad decision ... the ball should have been thrown away." Day said that he doesn't"blame" McCord for the second interception because the corner came off a deep zone to make a good, risky play.
