One of those cash purchases was a Mesa mansion with a lazy river.John Schreiber from Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California, paid cash for a new 7,605-square-foot Paradise Valley home. The Napa modern-style house has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a guest house, reclaimed wood beams, an office and a media rooms. An LLC named after the address of the property was the seller.
Business Trust was the seller.Mireille Wellness Clinic LLC led by Mireille Mukiza paid cash for a 10,200-square-foot Mesa mansion. Located on 1.7 acres, the home has seven bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms, a 12-foot-deep diving pool with multiple slides and a lazy river near an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. The home also has an office, media and games rooms, and a six-car garage. Gerri Lundgren was the seller.
