The rap icon's Welcome To Tha Carter Tour, announced Tuesday morning, includes a string of 28 dates at venues much smaller than he's accustomed to playing. He will perform May 2 at Houston's House of Blues. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday throughWayne has usually played Toyota Center or big festivals in Houston. But this won't be his first time at the local HOB.
