Long-time Valley educator Dr. John Kriekard is being remembered for his impact on so many area students after he died late last month. abc15
PHOENIX — Teachers, parents, and students are all paying their respects to a longtime Valley administrator and educator who recently passed away.
A visionary, a born leader, a loyal friend -- those are all ways people are remembering Dr. Kriekard. He would come out of retirement three times. Most recently, he served as superintendent for Scottsdale Unified, a district where he spent more than half of his 40 years in education.
