High school students in the Richardson mayor’s summer internship program are asking the public for help in a drive to benefit families served by the Network of Community Ministries now through July 28. Suggested snack items for donation include fruit cups, cereal cups, oatmeal cups, apple sauce, macaroni and cheese cups, soup cups and pasta cups.
The items will be distributed at the Richardson ISD “Backpack Bash” on July 30 at Richardson High School and Aug. 6 at Lake Highlands High School.Donations may be made here:
