With the hiring of Ford, artists Britt Nicole, Ivan Theva, One Common and Jillian Warman will join the firm’s roster of clients.In his new role, Ford will play a critical role in nurturing and advancing the careers of artists within the company by guiding, supporting and encouraging their growth.
“We are delighted to announce the addition of Steve Ford to the Round Table Management team,” said Round Table Management presidentin a statement. “With his extensive experience in the music industry, we are confident that he will significantly enhance our company’s capacity to support and guide our artists to new heights.”
“I am so excited to be joining the Round Table team, as it enables me to continue to serve artists passionately while ushering in unparalleled opportunities for my roster,” added Ford. As a long-time executive in the music industry with a career that spans decades, Ford has become known for his expertise and leadership. In 2022, he launched his successful management company, SF3 Management. Prior to that, he served as GM at three prominent labels, culminating in his tenure at Centricity Music. His career in the industry kicked off in A&R at Sparrow Records.
