And other restaurant owners interested in implementing similar benefits programs have reached out to Agar to see how it’s going.
Agar added that while the approach is new for Rye and Apothecary, it isn’t new to the restaurant industry, and the concept of funding employee benefits through customer sales certainly isn’t new either.
