A sedan crashed into a fire truck sending it into an apartment building and displacing nearly 20 residents late Tuesday night.
The crash occurred around 10:40 p.m. at an apartment complex near the intersection of Hillcrest Drive and West Quill Drive, not far from West Woodlawn Avenue and St. Mary’s University.
The fire truck then crashed into the apartment building, taking out the stairs to a second floor and also damaged a balcony, Chief Hood said.
