Employees were warned not to put anything in writing that they wouldn’t be comfortable ending up on the front page of the newspaper, Bankman-Fried said. Employees were instructed to add sufficient context in what they were writing, he said. “A lot of innocuous things can look pretty bad out of context,” Bankman-Fried said.
