Specifically, Purdue Street in University Park. Turns out, Detroit native Calandro played high school soccer, went to soccer coaching school and became a fixture in the North Texas soccer community. Joe Meredith’s son, Josh, played on the Bombers soccer team and went on to start on Highland Park’s varsity baseball and football teams and was best man in Kershaw’s wedding.
