Dr. Timothy Kimball, president and CEO of Texas Psychological & Consultation Services, which specializes in counseling for adolescents, was arrested for indecency with a child by contact on Aug. 24.
“The information found during Timothy Kimball’s background check currently constitutes a bar from working with DFPS clients,” the Oct. 19 letter states. The mother then searched her daughter’s room and found a hidden camera disguised as a USB charger. She then recalled that Kimball once told her “if the police ever went to his work they would discover things that would put him in jail for life,” the affidavit states.Kimball told police he purchased four hidden cameras and admitted to recording the girl in her bedroom using the cameras.
