SAN ANTONIO — Fast-moving storms bringing lightning and strong wind gusts have knocked out power for more than 5,000 CPS Energy customers in the San Antonio area Tuesday afternoon. Looking further, temperatures were expected to stay on the cool side this week, with highs in the mid-90s before we head into the weekend.
