SAN MATEO – A 25-year-old San Mateo man has been arrested on suspicion of having sex with a minor, police said.
Last month, detectives opened an investigation into a report of unlawful sexual acts between an adult and a minor, the San Mateo Police Department said in a news release Tuesday.The man was booked into San Mateo County jail on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, oral copulation with a person under the age of 18, and selling or giving marijuana to a minor.“SMPD detectives are actively seeking information and determining if there are additional victims,” police said.
