“We decided we wanted to incorporate a grosgrain bow into her look for this year’s NYC Ballet Fall Gala, so we made a trip to M&J Trimming and bought that gorgeous, thick ribbon,” Normant tells PEOPLE of stopping at the famous fabric trimmings store in N.Y.C.“After trying out a few different ideas, we were thrilled with where we landed,” he says, adding that both he and Parker “loved the way it cascaded down her back with the extra length.
