In comments leading up to the vote, Dubois noted she’s been critical throughout her time on council of costs, risks “and, quite frankly, the headaches” associated with the Remai Modern project.Advertisement 4“It is what it is,” she said.of upcoming reports and votes on the proposed downtown event and entertainment district , which would include a new arena and either a new convention centre or a substantial renovation to the existing facility at TCU Place.
