While speaking with the vehicle’s owner, the officer learned the car was equipped with active GPS tracking.The Euclid officer contacted Willowick police, alerting them to the vehicle pinging in their city. Willowick police tracked down and recovered the car, arresting the suspect.Officers responded on Oct.
