The actors who played these two characters are Troy Bishop and Ryan Kennedy . Both performers played minor roles in various projects throughout their careers, though neither has credits beyond 2012. Kennedy's most prominent role was likely a 1999 episode of Nash Bridges, whereas Bishop appeared in several prominent titles including Scrubs, General Hospital, Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, and - oddly - a different episode of Nash Bridges.
While these characters appear in Scream for a very short time, the fact that they have the ability to spark such a raging debate proves how much every detail of the original film is important in the long run.
